My most favourite bowl cake - a soft chocolate bowl cake with a centre of molten nutella ! You can even try making this in a microwave safe mug too and top it with some vanilla ice-cream and some chocolate ! INGREDIENTS - Nutella = 2 TBSP (you can even add more.) Maida/All purpose flour = 1/4 CUP Powered Sugar = 1/4 CUP Cocoa Powder = 2 TBSP Baking Soda = 1/4 TSP Vegetable Oil / Melted Butter = 2 TBSP Milk = 1/4 CUP Chocolate Chips (optional) PROCEDURE - 1. Start by taking 2 TBSP of Nutella and roll it in a ball. Keep it in freezer for about 15 mins. 2. In a microwave safe bowl/mug/jar, start adding 1/4 cup of maida, 1/4 cup of powdered sugar then add 2 TBSP of cocoa powder and 1/4 TSP of Baking soda. 3. Using a spoon just mix all the dry ingredients together really well. 4. Time to add wet ingredients now 2 TBSP of vegetable oil/melted butter and 1/4 cup of milk. 5. Give it a good mix until the batter comes together, it need to be smooth and lumps free. 6. Time to bring our Nutella ball and just push it in the middle and add some batter on it. 7. You can also add some choco chips if required. Cook it in microwave for 1.50 minutes (normal mode NOT ON CONVECTION MODE) YOU CAN SERVE YOUR CAKE WITH SOME VANILLA ICE-CREAM ON THE TOP & SOME CHOCOLATE GRATED.
