It’s a tale about the beauty of childlike wonder and the struggle to hold onto it as it seems to slip through our hands as we get older. The song is comprised of two simple melodies intertwining in a dance. The stronger ascending melody signifies wonder, curiosity and growing up. The softer descending melody signifies remembering and returning to childlike wonder. My Lily, you are now becoming.
