Hi my loves❣️ This week contained of a lot of studying while trying to balance it with some walks in nature for my mental health. I showed you a bit more on what I eat, lemme know if you want more wieiad or not. I also got a bunch of signs from the universe, some of which I shared in this vlog. If I learned one thing this week, then it was; wanting nothing gives you everything. If you focus too much on something particular, it’s gonna feel impossible to do. If you, however, balance and focus on other things like mental health etc., everything will fall into place. Not everything in life requires 24/7 of your attention in order to work out! On the weekend I baked some buckwheat crêpes (gluten free) with figs, honey and cinnamon (perfect for fall szn hihi). I also have to write a proseminar for uni; about a criminal law verdict!
