In Part 2 of The Hunger Fixer's visit to the Summer Night Market at Melbourne's Queen Victoria Market, we explore even more food from various countries. We try a Colombian dish called Lechona with Arepa De Queso, a whole pig stuffed with rice, peas and fragrant spices and roasted in a clay oven for up to 10 Hours! The Lechona was absolutely delicious and the Arepa was such an awesome accompanyment to this dish! For Desert we tried the many flavours of Macaroons from Macaron De Paris. The Summer Night Market at Queen Victoria market runs weekly from November to March on Wednesday nights 5PM to 10PM, get in as early as you can as the place gets crowded by dinner time and they can be long queues for food!
