Vegetable cutlet is an excellent indian snack with a combination of mashed potatoes and vegetables with crispy outside and soft inside. One of the favorite snack of all food lovers. #cutlet #cutletrecipe #cutletsrecipe #vegcutlet #vegcutletrecipes #snackrecipes INGREDIENTS Main filling : Veg oil - 2 tablespoons Ginger - 4 small pieces crushed Garlic - 3 cloves crushed Green chilly - 1 no crushed Onion - 1 big chopped Carrot - 1/2 cup grated Beetroot - 1/2 cup grated Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala Powder- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander leaves Salt to taste For coating: All purpose flour ( maida ) / Rice powder - 3 tablespoons Pinch salt Water Bread crumbs For frying: Veg oil PREPARATION: 1. Crush ginger, garlic and green chilly. 2. Pour some oil in a pan. To the hot oil add the crushed mix. Saute for a minute. 3. To this add the chopped onions. Saute till it becomes golden brown colour. 4. Add the grated carrots and beetroot. Saute it well along with the onion. 5. Now add coriander powder, pepper powder and garam masala powder. Saute well till it’s raw smell goes. 6. Add cooked and mashed potatoes into it and mix well. Add some salt and coriander leaves too. 7. Let the mix cool down and transfer it into another bowl. 8. Mix well using our hands into a dough. 9. Take another bowl. Put maida into it and add some salt and water. Mix well and make it into a paste. 10. Take a lemon sized portion from the dough and shape it in the form of a cutlet. 11. Dip it in the maida mixture and coat it well with the bread crumbs. 12. Do the remaining as such. 13. Deep fry or shallow fry the cutlets.
