The inauguration formally took place on April 27 but it was not until April 30th, at exactly 5:08PM, they opened the CCLEX gates to the public. So after 4 years of construction, the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway is FINALLY OPEN to everyone! From May to July 2022, the bridge will be on soft opening phase. During this time, there are still some minor works in the bridge especially in Cordova side which at the moment, experiences some heavy traffic. But on July 2022 onwards, the pedestrian lane, bicycle lane, and motorcycle below 400cc will now be allowed to enter the bridge. TOLL RATES are as follows: Class 1: P90 (if your vehicle is higher than 7ft = P180) Class 2: P180 Class 3: P270 There are only CASH LANES during the soft opening phase.
