PlayBASIC Web Dev Blog - Updated Product in My Account (2024-07-06) Hey there, Play Basic coders! Here’s what’s new with our website: Updates to My Account Improved Interface: The "My Account" section looks different now. You can still edit your profile and see your products, but we’ve added new features. License Claiming: If you bought Play Basic before, you can now enter your old serial number to claim your license on the new site. Downloading and Updating Play Basic Retail Version: There's one main version of Play Basic called the base retail installer. To install, you download the base version and then the latest update. Beta Updates: Betas are now available for testing the newest changes. You can search for specific commands in these updates to find examples and fixes. New Search Feature Easy Searching: A search bar lets you quickly find commands and examples in the beta records. Keeping Old Versions Legacy Support: We’re keeping older versions of Play Basic available for those using older Windows systems. Future Enhancements History Section: Soon, you'll be able to browse the history of updates. Cleaner Design: We're working on making the site look better while keeping it functional. Upcoming Features: Expect a questionnaire section and an updated FAQ. What’s Next? Ongoing Work: We’re focusing on making the site more cohesive and updating old content. End of Month Goal: The aim is to complete these updates by the end of the month and return to developing the Play Basic compiler. Thanks for checking in, and keep coding! #coding #retrodev #coder #programming #gamedev #games #devblog Learn to Code PlayBASIC programming Language https://PlayBASIC.com
