I first met Carlos "Lamont" Cooper playing in the subway at Penn station NYC. I would pass him every day on my way to work at Renzo Gracie Academy. After laying down the basic tracks for the Cro-Mags song "Between Wars" I approached him and asked him if he would put down some cello tracks on it. It came out amazing. He has now joined Cro-Mags on several songs "Between Wars" from the album "In the beginning" as well as the song "2020" from the record "2020" both released during what was one of the craziest years in recent history. He is the Official cellist for the Cro-Mags!!! That's what's up! In this clip I just happened to have my bass with me so i joined him for a song.
