Liam Herlihy is a contractor based in Bruree, Co. Limerick. In this short clip, Liam explains that they started to change the shape of the hedges last year, leaving the top on the hedge for the birds and the environment. Liam believes that by doing so it has left the hedges in better condition. Liam outlines their hedge cutting plans for the future, leaving a tree every 300 metres in the hedge and an A shaped top on the hedge. #HedgerowWeek2020
