CSA doesn't make you faster in general but it helps to correct small mistakes without losing to much time and makes you more consistent. Especially on a long track like the Nordschleife this can help to improve your time. If you don´t like driving assist, advices in the video like gears and corner speed will still work, but you have to be more careful with your pedal- and steering-inputs.
