Hey! Welcome back!! So this video ends my DIY spa series. I filmed this one a tad different. I talked through as I was actually doing it instead of a voice over.. It's a bit different, but I kinda like it. Here are a few DIY's that I would recommend trying for your next bath. It will turn you bath time into a spa like experience. =) Herbal Tea Bath- Lavender flowers Orange blossoms Rosemary Chamomile DIY Bath Salts- 1/2 cup oatmeal 1 tbsp lavender 1/2 cup epsom salt Few drops of lavender oil Herbal Eye Pillow- 2 cotton, silk, or satin fabric pieces, 9.5-inch x 4.5-inch ⅔ cup rice or flaxseeds ⅓ cup dried lavender flowers NOTE: For the eye pillow, start with 15 second increments in your microwave. Be cautious not to leave it in there very long. Also, if you smell any burning from the lavender or rice, discontinue and make a new one right away. =) These can last a few weeks, to a few months depending on how much they are microwaved.
