OVEN BAKED BARBEQUE PORK CHOPS

Delicious, Make this for your Family INGREDIENTS 5-6 Pork Loin Chops 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil 2 Tablespoons of Butter 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder 1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper 1 Teaspoon of Seasoning Salt 1 Teaspoon of Paprika Your Favorite Barbeque Sauce DIRECTIONS Preheat Oven to 350F Degrees Mix all seasonings together, Wash Pork Chops and coat with seasoning mix. Preheat skillet, add Olive Oil and Butter, add Pork Chops and sear on each side for about 3-4 minutes per side until light brown, remove pork chops and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and brush barbeque sauce on one side, return to oven and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and turn chops over and sauce the other side, return to oven, and bake 5 more minutes, remove chops, they are now done, and the sauce should have glazed on them. Enjoy!
