Hi friends, aaj dusara din hai hamara Amritsar mein,as in the previous video I have shown you 11 Gurudwaras which we visited on 1st day. So on 2nd day we are going to SH. KARTARPUR SAHIB JI. Again as usual as I said already each and every thing is manged by Rinkoo Veerji. We started our journey from Amritsar to SH. KARTARPUR SAHIB JI early morning by 7am. All through journey right from the 1st gate till end security and checking was awesome,good arrangement by both Govt. SH. KARTARPUR SAHIB JI is about 3-4 km from Dera Baba Nanak in the Gurdaspur District of India. HISTORY OF GURUDWARA-------------- Guru Nanak Dev Ji in 1515 established this gurudwara.Nanak ji yahan pr lived for 18 yrs until his death on 22 september 1539.During this time, he spread his message of peace, love and equality. This gurudwara because of flood due to Ravi River, destroyed and then Maharaja Ranjit Singh built the current structure. Because of the partion of India & Pakistan, this gurudwara falling to Pakistan. Pakistani Govt. funded renovations to the Gurudwara which was completed in2004. SH. KARTARPUR Corridor project was initiated in November 2018. The Corridor is 4 km long route that takes piligrams from a bus to the entrance of the temple, crossing the highly secure border between the two countries. HOW TO GO………… The best part of this Gurudwara is that, you can cross zero line without visa. 1.Website to apply—prakashpurb550.mha.gov. in 15 days before your travel date. 2.This will be followed by verification & inspection by authorities. 3.Just before 4 days of departure we will come to know about satus of application. 4.After approval we will get Electronic Travel Authirization [ETA].
