Middle of Nowhere was also a 2012 Official Sundance Selection and winner of the Directing Award in the Dramatic Competition. This was 1 of only 4 gala screening events this year at the festival and the house was packed at LA Live's Regal Cinemas 800-seat auditorium. The movie will be released to the general public in October 2012.
