How to draw Conan the Barbarian in a few minutes

Today I wanted to do something with a bit more movement and less detail and I thought of drawing Conan. Conan is a great character to practice anatomy in motion, for example the effect that the abs make rotating on the axis of the spine or the slight perspective of the two open arms is what I was most interested in drawing.
