I hope Taj will help them to upgrade the standard. This is NOT a 5-star hotel. The staffs are not very friendly. The room was not ready even at 4pm. The room is decorated nicely but the quality of the mattress and pillows are bad. The pillows they use are like those you can get from a supermarket at less than USD10. The drinking glasses were dirty. The only good thing is the bathroom. Nice and spacious. We stayed in a Taj Mahal view room. But because of the pollution and haze, it’s impossible to see anything.
