Heat fresh, filtered water until boiled. 2. Let boiled water cool slightly. 3. Pour water over tea. Recommended water temperature for Hojicha is 203°F (95°C). Try different brew times and temperatures to find your preference. 4. Steep for 1 - 2 minutes.
