Benchmarking three used graphics cards at different price points, against 6 popular and recent games in 4K Ultra HD on an average gaming PC. 4K gaming has been around since late 2012, but it still isn’t all that popular compared to 1080P and 1440P. Thanks to a couple of years of shortages and scalping, the idea that a 4K gaming GPU is something that costs hundreds, even over a thousand pounds, euros or dollars is becoming normalised. £200 graphics cards are now considered by manufacturers as only being good enough for 1080P at best.
