SOPHIA FLOERSCH - Let me introduce my CASEKING-NVIDIA simulator | iRACING | ASSETTOCORSA | RFACTOR 2

Short introduction of my simulator Motion-Simulator with a curved screen or VR glasses. Motion means that the movements (lateral acceleration) of the car get simulated. The system is working with elektro actuators. With that each single bump and each single curb but also the movements on brakings are replicated. The tuning of a simulator is very important to be able to make the movement perfect for car, tyres and race tracks. Those aspects are changing every time. (1) HIGH-END GAMING STATION BLUE MEDUSA XL Extreme Power Gaming Station of Caseking.de Ultra quick graphic card of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11G water cooled Powerful INTEL i9 -10900k processors Strong cooling radiators Info here https://www.caseking.de/caseking-blog... www.caseking.de www.nvidia.de (2) DIRECT-DRIVE STEERING FANATEC DD2 which is a steering wheel with Direct Drive system. On top of that I am using the FANATEC F1 Limited Edition. I think it looks amazing. And yes, there are simulations and games where you are using nearly all buttons and switches. The steering is having more then 10 parameters - all of them are working on performance and personal well-being to configurate it individual. Example: A GT3 with power steering is completely different compared to a Formula 2 or Formula 3 which are having really steering forces. You are feeling that after a 45 mins race. www.fanatec.de (3) PEDALS HEUSINKVELD ULTIMATE. Those pedals are my favorite and are in my opinion the closest to a real race car on braking. Also here it is very important to be tuning the pedals first for each software and cars. The stiffness can be modified with different dampers. www.heusinkveld.com (4) EQUIPMENT LOGITECH: Head speakers, soundsystem, key board, micro. The LOGITECH products are working amazingly and without any issues. They are on top also looking great und easy to use. For me LOGITECH is the best choice. www.logitech.de (5) SOFTWARE iRACING, RF2, ASSETTO CORSE. The software is next to the hardware and the technical equipment the main key. You have to decide between gaming (F1 2020, Gran Turismo, ...), eSports and a real life simulation. Some eSport athletes will now not agree. Esports does not go on the same level like real life simulations. Pedals, steering wheel and so on are configurated so that you are as quick as possible in the races. Normally you have to do a setup for "easy, error-proof" driving. Steering forces, braking force or reaction times are not realistic but that does not matter. Low steering force, different braking, unreal damages, different views and so on. There are many things you can tune. Some softwares are open to "hacks" which are not working in real Motorsport. Motion is turned off cause the movement is physical too hard. The best and most expensive sim equipments are not always the quickest. The real racing simulation is having a different goal. (a) to bring the sense organs as close as possible as in real life (b) to bring the technical and physical parameter as far as possible. Those different approaches for racing are making it difficult between real life and computer lap time. Just thinking about tyre models (temperature, consitancy, degregation, graining+++). My favorite software is iRACING. Sadly not all European race tracks and cars are available there. The models for cars and tracks (laser scanned) are very good. The setup for eSports racing is the non lus ultra actually. A good FIA F3 simulation is having ASSETTO CORSA with nearly all official tracks. RF2 is in general also a good simulation but got some negative sides in comparison to iRACING for eSports. Good thing is that you are finding nearly every race car and race track there. Just not always the best models. Currently I am working an new Sim Training Room in Munich, where I will offer private clients individual training units. Get a sense for simulation racing. Prepare for new race tracks. You will be more successful if you get to know a car or a track first before you go there in reality. A preperation day in the sim is only recommended. Get a sense of the difference between simulation and eSports. www.iracing.com www.studio-397.com (RF2) www.assettocorsa.net Follow me on: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sophiafloer...
