Hi all... Well, today was long and having things in the diary wear me out at the best of times. As I was doing some wind down stretching; I thought a general chat around how I think about and plan exercise to support my adventures might be helpful. Here is a link to the simple stretching guide I was given. I LOVE how it tells you when to stop. It's not just a 'here you go, this will do your body good'. • Stretching guide CFS is a complicated condition and taking on any activity can radically impact life- hopefully for the best, but sometimes for the worst... do check in with a specialist or clinician when about to start anything new... no matter how trivial. Sometimes it's the how we do something, other times it simply isn't a good idea no matter how many adjustments we make on an activity... and that's ok. Be kind to yourself and your body. :O) See you tomorrow! (well... today by the time this uploads)
