How I Film Youtube Videos With My Android Phone

When I started filming videos, I didn't know anything about filming and editing and just learned things along the way. Today, I would like to share everything that I learned over the last 6 months of filming using my android phone. I will highlight the settings, gear and filming process that I undergo, as well as some habits that I take to capture beautiful moments. *********************************************************** There's still a lot of things that I would like to add but I didn't want the video to become unnecessarily long so I will outline some of the stuff here that I didn't have the chance to insert. On Shutter Speed: I mentioned that I use it to reduce the brightness of a scene, however, there's more to it than that. While shutter speed affects the dimness or brightness of a scene, it can also affect how movements appear, whether that's blurry or more life-like. Adjust shutter speed according to your style. Compositions: - I don't think too much about composition but I mostly adhere to the rule of thirds and for this, I use the gridlines in my camera. Post process: I didn't want the video to become too long so I chose not to add this section. Exporting: I upload the videos I've shot to an external hard drive at home and download them to my Macbook. There are also programs that allow you to access files from your phone to your PC remotely. Editing: I use the free version of Davinci Resolve to edit my videos.
