So I ordered 4 paint guns from Temu to see if they're worth it. Essentially doing this as a budget paint gun video. I was trying to stay in the $50 range for each one, but one paint gun was close to $100. Two of these paint guns didn't pass at all. the AIR GREEN SK-100 and the Auarita 898-2. Both of them had spraying problems right from the start and even after attempting to fix them they still had the problems. However the other two paint guns, Auarita K-400 and the AIR GREEN WZXRP 5200 had no issues. I did find that the K-400 was better for sealer and clearcoat than using it for basecoat, but the WZXRP worked flawlessly for spraying sealer, basecoat, and clearcoat. AIR GREEN WZXRP $48 WORKED FLAWLESSLY AIR GREEN SK-100 $40 PROBLEM SURGING Nozzle had threadlocker sealing the threads, without it air leaks behind and into the paint flow. Auarita 898-2 $98 PROBLEM UN-EQUAL FAN PATTERN The needle was bent. It doesn't seem to be a truly hardened part so it is easily bent in and out of straight.
