#starfield #steamdeck #performance #performancetest I've tested the performance of various graphical presets for Starfield on the Steam Deck OLED (in New Atlantis), and here are my findings: Low (custom) preset (FSR 3, 80% res.scale, Dyn.res: off and FG: Off): ~18-23 FPS Low (custom) preset (FSR 3, 80% res.scale, Dyn.res: off and FG: On): ~26-35 FPS Low preset (FSR 3, FG: Off): ~20-33 FPS Low preset (FSR 3, FG: On): ~35-45 FPS Medium preset (FSR 3, FG: Off): ~15-23 FPS Medium preset (FSR 3, FG: On): ~30-37 FPS High preset (FSR 3, FG: Off): ~11-15 FPS High preset (FSR 3, FG: On): ~22-30 FPS Ultra preset (FSR 3, FG: Off): ~9-13 FPS Ultra preset (FSR 3, FG: On): ~17-23 FPS Overall, the game barely runs on the Steam Deck, and only on the Low settings with frame generation turned on I think its playable I recommend playing on the Low preset with 80% res.scale, Dyn.res: off and FG: On or off for a playable experience.
