Recipe for No Knead Whole Wheat Bread

I'll show you how to put together a delicious NO KNEAD bread. Quick and easy whole wheat bread recipe. Don't have rosemary or hazelnuts? No problem. Just leave them out. Recipe: 16 oz. warm water 1 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast (the little packets in the grocery store hold 2 1/4 tsp each) 1 teaspoon sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon olive oil (can be omitted) 2 cups whole wheat flour 2 cups bread flour 2 tablespoons chopped, fresh rosemary ( optional) 1/2 cups chopped roasted hazelnuts (optional) In a large bowl place warm water, yeast and sugar. Mix well to dissolve the yeast and sugar. Let proof for 5-10 minutes until bubbles begin to rise to the top of water. To water add salt, both flours, olive oil, nuts and rosemary. Stir until combined. No need to beat or mix heavily. (see video for demo). Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm location to rise. It will take approximately 1 1/2 hours to double in size. Remove plastic wrap and deflate by folding the dough on top of itself until the bulk of the air is removed from the dough (see demo). Roll the dough into a prepared loaf pan. Cover and let rise about 30 minutes longer. In the meantime, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place rack in the center of the oven. Once the dough has begun to rise above the breadpan rim, it is ready to bake. Place in oven. Bake for 40 minutes (internal bread temperature should be approximately 190 degrees). Remove from oven, run sharp knife around rim of bread pan to loosen loaf if needed. Let rest on cooling rack for at least 40 minutes.
