Had the honor of talking with legendary keyboardist, songwriter, and record producer Michael Omartian in the studio. Michael is the first record producer to chart #1 hits in three consecutive decades. With seventeen Grammy nominations including Producer of the Year, Album of the Year and Gospel Album of the Year, Omartian is a multiple Grammy Award winner. He has also been recognized by The Recording Academy (NARAS) as Keyboard Musician of the Year and is a Yamaha sponsored artist. Michael has worked as a producer and A&R staff member for both ABC/Dunhill Records and Warner Brothers Records. He has worked with a who's who in the music industry such as Steely Dan ("Charlie Freak"), Michael Jackson ("We Are The World"), Amy Grant ("That's What Love is For"), Christopher Cross ("Sailing"), and many others.
