But still, laser tech or energy based weapon still cut trough them. I tried other games where the defense is in the open, and try to bunker down, it is impossible. Your grenade and the tower won't have enough ammo, spears useless against the new updated stregaros. So I think the only way is to play wide, hope finding good positions like in this video and prepare to lose a lot of your stuff at early waves.
