He has more than 19 years of teaching experience in the field of teacher education. PK Thilak: P K Thilak is an educator and literary critic. He wrote extensively about literature, culture, history, and education. Thilak contributed to a weekly column, Mathrubhasha Malayalam, for ten years. He served as a Research Officer at the State Council of Education Research and Training (SCERT). Manoj KV: Manoj K V is an educator, writer, and scholar. He served as a Research Officer at SCERT, Kerala. He has authored three books and is a columnist for dailies and magazines. Manoj is currently the Principal of GHSS Vaduvanchal, Wayanad. V Vaseef: V Vaseef is the State President of the Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI), the Communist Party of India`s youth wing. He has worked in various positions at SFI and DYFI.
