Get ready to impress your taste buds with the rich flavors of Punjabi Chicken Masala. #punjabichickenmasala #chickenmasala #sooperchef Punjabi Chicken Ingredients for Chicken Marination: Chicken 1 kg Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt 1 cup Turmeric powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Ingredients for Onion Paste: Oil 2 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tbsp Black cardamom 2-3 Cinnamon stick 1 Cloves 4-5 Green cardamom 3-4 Onion (sliced) 1 cup Garlic cloves 2-3 Ginger pods 3-4 Bay leaf 1 Ingredients for Punjabi Chicken: Oil 1/4 cup Prepared onion paste Tomato puree 1 cup Red chili powder 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Cumin powder 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Marinated chicken Water 1 cup Garam masala powder 1 tsp Green coriander as required Lemon slices as required Directions for Chicken Marination: 1. In a bowl add chicken, Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt, turmeric powder, salt and mix it well. Set aside. Directions for Onion Paste Preparation: 2. In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom, onion, garlic, ginger, bay leaf and sauté until onion gets soft. 3. Transfer this mixture to a jar and and blend it well with hand blender into smooth paste. Set aside. Directions for Punjabi Chicken Preparation: 4. In a pot heat oil and add prepared onion paste. Cook for 3-4 mins. Now add tomato puree, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and cook until oil separates. 5. Add marinated chicken and cook for 5-10 mins. Now add water and cover and cook until chicken is fully done. Lastly add garam masala powder and mix it well. 6. Dish it out and garnish it with green coriander and lemon slices. Your Punjabi Chicken is ready. Serve and enjoy. Prep time: 15-20 mins Cooking time: 40-45 mins Servings: 5-6
