Here we are going to show you how to set up your Graphtec blade for the Graphtec CE6000 plus cutter. Don’t be discouraged that the box doesn’t say anything other than apart number – we will show you what each item is and how to set it up to use it. The holder is the black cylindrical device with the blue tip. This is what holds our blade and adjustments are a breeze by just turning the little black adjustments screw at the top of the holder. The blade comes in its own protective sponge and comes with a plastic guard over the blade. Use caution as it is a tiny blade with a really sharp tip. To assemble, just screw off the blue top of the holder and be cautious as there is a spring inside of the holder that can become loose. There is also a little gold opening where you will place the needle into (Sharp tip down) and screw the top portion of the holder back in place. Now the blade is installed! If you turn the black adjustments screw at the top of the holder and the blade will come out or retract depending on the direction you twist. This will come in handy when you need to adjust the blade length for thicker or thinner materials! Either way its ready to cut!
