Way better to withdraw money via the atm instead of exchanging php/usd to vnd. We used Gotyme to withdraw and very hassle free sya. 2. Bring an umbrella for the heat or possible rainy days (small umbrellas are allowed on hand-carry) 3. DO NOT RUN when you cross the street. TRUST that the motorbikes WILL dodge you!
