Ginataang Hipon with Sitaw and Kalabasa is a Filipino dish composed of shrimp, calabaza squash, and snake beans. These ingredients are cooked in coconut milk and coconut cream. I added fish sauce, locally known as patis, to provide more flavor to the dish. This Filipino food is best eaten with warm rice. Here are the ingredients: 1 lb.
