In this first episode, we invite tea master and mixologist Shinya Sakurai of Sakurai Japanese Tea Experience, to talk about the many facets of Japanese tea. The interview starts off with him explaining the basics, like traditional types of Japanese tea, Matcha, Sencha and Hojicha. Then he introduces us to new ways of enjoying them in a surprising pairing with western liquor.
