We traveled to a remote cave on the side of a mountain in the desert of Arizona, just outside Pima AZ. Access was only available with off road ATV's! It took an hour of travel time to reach this destination. Naturally, there is no electricity in a cave, deep in the desert. So I lugged along not only a giant barrel fan, but also a large battery and invertor. The invertor would supply power for the barrel fan noise and the lights, while deep in the cave. Why a cave you ask? Have you ever talked, or done your best wolf howl in a deep canyon or echoing space? If so, you know about the superb reverb provided by such an environment! Thus I wished to capture those very qualities with this video. We walked deep into the cave until the sounds seemed to be optimum at that very point. Then we began setting up the barrel fan and equipment to record these amazing sleep sounds. After setting the fan up, I turned around to face the entrance of the cave with the camera. You can see the light coming in from the entrance of the cave, as represented of the bright circle in the very center of the fan. This helped to create the unique spinning rhythm of the relaxing visual of the fan turning, seemingly "slowly." Once the audio recorders were set up, and the camera was in the exact optimum location, I then dinged the 432hz tuning pipe. 432 hertz is known as the earth frequency, or the sleep frequency. Do some research on this on your own, and you'll see it has been known to improve relaxation and sleep! Bingo! After that I then turn on the giant fan....and walked behind the camera. From there I give my best Omm chant sound, which echoed wildly in the cave. Naturally I looped this sound, as I couldn't om chant for 10 hours straight! The om sound is known as a deep relaxation, meditation sound as well. All three of these sleep sounds combined together create a fan white noise sleep video like no other! This is a truly custom sleep soundscape. Welcome to the channel!
