Room condition of JW Marriott Khao Lak resort and spa (Pool access room) newly renovated in 2021 Room condition is fantastic, you can actually believe the "JW" and the staffs are so nice and professional (I believe they are the best in Thailand ever!) but it can be a little bit noisy if you staying near the kids pool ; our room was located near the kids' pool zone (it could also be convenient if we had kids), they made another kids' pool zone after renovation staffs are well trained and kind, helpful, you can trust "JW" brand it is always the right choice to stay in JWMKL, if you visit Khao Lak (I prefer the bigger pool as before renovation, hahaha 😆, but the newer pool is still nice, though)
