Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make a very easy and delicious caldo de camarón basically Mexican shrimp soup. TBH I’m not a fan of fishy foods, and that is why I don’t like my soup to have a strong fishy taste, you have the option to add the shells, head and tail of your shrimp and boil it with your corn for a strong shrimp taste or you can simply add fish stock instead of water, I’m showing you the way I like it!
