My Brother In Law’s Vratham Lunch || Delicious Vegetarian Meal || Infinity Platter || 2022

A delightful vegetarian meal at my brother in law’s Satyanarayana Puja. Our feast begins with a few South Indian specialities - perugu sorakaya, Sambar, palakura pappu, pulihora, methi pulau, Vankaya masala and andhra pulau. We move up north for some Punjabi choley, aloo rajwadi and my favourite paneer butter masala. It’s the first time that I tried this dish - Panki with amchur mirchi and I loved it. Then we have a live pasta counter with a cheesy creamy white sauce pasta and a tomato rich red sauce pasta. We can’t skip the ever so fun Pani Puri. There’s no way you can eat just one so keep them coming. I also enjoyed some Ragda chat and Dahi poori. The mixed vegetable achaar, pickled onions and mango achaar added some spicy zing to the food. No South Indian meal is complete without some Tomato chutney, coriander chutney I had one of my favourites - bendakaya fry with peanuts What’s life without some masala Podis mixed with hot rice and ghee?! Perugannam definitely needs some appadams, pickle and perugu mirapakaya And there’s always room for dessert. We had some delicious mango Matki, coconut Chena shot, dry fruit & nuts halwa and my favourite - kulfi with faluda. This was one delightful vegetarian meal.
