He is confident that broad-based tech companies will do well. He feels many IT midcaps have the potential to become large-caps. However, tech companies are far from "frothy" valuations, he adds. As per the demand outlook, he feels Indian tech companies have strong ROEs. He is positive that tech stocks are a natural hedge in any portfolio and that most IT stocks will be re-rated further as demand rises.
