No One Else Could Groom This Dog For 2 Years

He’s never been in a kennel, that’s why I’d never heard of it. We’ve always had family dog sitters. I assumed there would be no bathing. We usually just throw him in a tub and let him soak. 😬 we can be flexible and come either night. It’s a 2 hour drive so of course, we’d need an early enough heads up. So tell me what exactly I have to do and we will begin this adventure. I called you on Monday and left a message that we are willing to drive to Hershey Pennsylvania at the end of the month. I am attaching a copy of his vaccinations and a picture of Sammy. You will see that he does not have a terribly matted body. Our concerns are his paws (and front legs) that he is constantly chewing on because his pads are matted, his neck that he scratches all the time and he never lets us get. It is very stressful for him when we try to trim him and of course, stressful for us. Anything you can do to help would be appreciated. Just some FYI about Sammy, he is 15, he is not neutered, no excuses time just got away from us. We had a golden retriever that was neutered but when we got Sammy we just didn't make it a priority. I would consider his personality to be anxious, because he doesn't see well. His snapping and biting aren't just a grooming thing but an every day thing. He was groomed every three months up until three or four years ago. Then everything went down hill from there. We had him knocked out once and shaved, I don't want to do that again. He needs a muzzle for vet visits and nail clipping which we do at least every six weeks. Therefore, he will need a muzzle or a cone to be groomed. I am familiar with the Hershey Convention Center, as a teacher I attended several conferences there. I'll be waiting for your response. I believe your convention is from September 27th to the 30th.
