How I Lost Weight | My Fitness Journey! Hello love bugs. Today I chat about how I got my body and mind feeling right! I have been needing to film this video for ages! I am glad to finally get it up. This is just a brief explanation (and a little motivation haha) of what I did to get in shape. NO WAY am I saying that I am a professional. I am just simply sharing my experience. If you have any questions at all or suggestions for us all... please feel free to share down below! We all love your input! Intermittent fasting- There is SO much information on the internet about the DOS and DONTS about how and why to do this. Please do your own research and decide if this is for you! For me personally, it worked so so well! I highly recommend you try it. Don't knock it before you try it basically. lol How I worked intermittent fasting into my life: I would not eat until noon. During the fast I would do whats called "fasted cardio". When doing this, I just saw results quickly. I made sure to do either HIIT or a bike ride on my Peloton for my cardio. When breaking my fast I would make sure to eat healthy wholesome food! I didn't eat crap. I am going to do a full video on what I would eat. I think this is 90% of what shows in your hard work physically. Working out of course helps... but you know what they say, abs are made in the kitchen honey! After I regained the quarantine 15 .... I decided to jump start my fitness and do the #75HARD challenge. This challenge is truly life changing! If you want something hard but mentally INCREDIBLE for you, then i totally recommend you to DO THIS. You'll have such a new found respect for yourself and overall you learn what you are mentally capable of. The physical part of it is just a perk. Look into it! ITS SOOO transformative. MIND BODY AND SOUL!! I just finished this challenge. I ONLY DID 66 days though... so i really never "finished" it! I didn't say I did for the pure respect of those who actually DID! BUT I am not taking away from myself the hard work I did those 66 days!!! I crushed it and I could physically see my hard work and mentally have felt better than I ever have.
