Held on Saturday, October 29, “The Duel II” was an elimination-style, multi-round event leading to a showdown between the two top performers in each division. The following gauntlet was repeated in each round: 1 Legless Rope Climb 10 Overhead Squat (135/95) Sandbag Carry to Finish (200/150) With athletes racing to the finish line and often diving over their 200LB / 150LB sandbags to do so, there was plenty of drama down the stretch in these head-to-head heats.
