THe Grip comes in at 12 inches and due to the material you can cut it to your prefered length. Also it comes with power rings, which are little plastic rings that you set in place on the shaft before sliding the grip on. I have 2 sitting next to each other 4 inches from the bottom of my shaft. The Application process is pretty simple but tedious at the same time Once you slide the grip on the shaft you need to use either a heat gun or hair dryer to make the grip shrink and conform to the shafts. Overall i really like the grip, probably the best balance of grip, feel and weight out of the grips I've tested. The grip feels like 5 day old tape which is awesome, so if you're coming from tape it won't be a huge transition. Due to the thickness of the grip there's a slight lip going from grip to shaft you’ll need something like electrical tape to cover the lip Overall the grip was great, easy to hold onto, my hands didn’t slip while passing or shooting. A big advantage this grip has over the others is that it can be used in inclement weather like rain. These are based on fishing rod grips so there material allows them to be waterproof and non slip.
