Cashew Fruit Wine Ingredients: Cashews - 100 Sugar - 3kg wheat grain - 200g Yeast - 1 tsp water - 5 liters Rinse, clean the Cashew fruit and cut into smaller pieces. In a jar add Cashew fruit, wheat grain, Sugar, Yeast and water. Stir all the Ingredients using wooden spatula. Close the Jar lid air tight with the help of cloth. Every alternate days stir the ingredients using a wooden spatula. This would need 21 days to complete the Fermentation.
