III. The Abyss - Music for Shattered Suns

(I lie amongst swamp and rock and ruin. The Abyss is not unending after all. The wrathful sounds of unchecked nature draw close. Down here, it is dark. And in the dark, they thrive. I am… broken.) (—-And now, you are unbroken.—-) I hope you enjoy this arrangement I made inspired by the Shattered Suns lore book. I made sure to respect the themes used in the Vow of the Disciple Raid. Rhulk is cast into the Abyss by his own family. He reflects on this betrayal as he descends, eventually meeting the floor of the great Lubraen chasm. Awaiting his end, he acknowledges the abyss as a massive, sacred place of finality. The Witness comes forth from shadow, granting him salvation. Rhulk takes up his glaive, now empowered by Darkness, seeking retribution against all that oppose him. With this being an arrangement containing musical themes from Destiny 2, I do not declare to own those themes. The music was wholly produced by me and no recordings or audio samples were used from Destiny 2 or any other intellectual property. I created the artwork based on the mural in the raid.
