Enjoy watching! #keto #recipe #lowcarb To make the bread we will need: - 100g almond flour, - 70g butter, - 3 eggs, - 1 tsp leavening agent, - 10g psyllium, - 1/2 tsp salt, - 40g seeds, - 1 tsp dried garlic, - 1 tsp dry onion. 1. Wash the eggs with a sponge and soap. 2. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and beat with a blender. 3. Add 100g almond flour, 70g butter, 1 tsp baking powder, 10g psyllium, 1/2 tsp salt, 40g seeds, 1 tsp dried garlic, 1 tsp dry onion. 4. Leave the dough to swell for 15 minutes. 5. Place the dough in a silicone baking dish. 6. Bake the bread for 30 minutes at 170℃/ 338℉.
