Over 5 yea rs have passed since Umar Johnson purchased abandoned buildings in Wilmington, Delaware and there is still no functional school. Over 1 year has passed since Umar Johnson announced that renovations were complete and there is still no functional school. In fact, Umar Johnson is still renovating which begs that question, why did he lie?
