After checking in at the hotel, I apparently reserved a room with no windows, I wanted windows so I upgraded. Anyway, it was my last 2 days there so I went for it. After washing my face and prepping my things for another afternoon out, I went to Hồ Tây Lake, Tran Quoc Pagoda (sorry for wearing shorts inside), Hanoi Botanical Garden, passed by Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum but I was wearing shorts so I wasn't able to get in unlike 5 years ago. But it was okay, since I already got in years ago. Then went to Trung Nguyen Legend Cafe then had dinner at Phở Cuốn Hương Mai. It wasn't as eventful but the walks here are really nice even if it was a hot & humid summer afternoon. Day 8: I had the leftover dinner for breakfast then proceeded to my cooking class at Apron Up https://affiliate.klook.com/redirect?... After the cooking, eating, taking leftover food from class and meeting a new filipina friend, we went around the Old quarter to buy pasalubong for us to take home to our families. I also introduced the coconut coffee to her, which she loved too. My last cup before I leave. ~Sighhhh~ I had dinner back at the hotel, my leftover from the class, and some for breakfast the next day. At the airport, I had the most expensive Banh Mi I had, the $8 banh mi but it was super worth it! It was good and I was also able to ask for more cilantro even if I was halfway done with my bread. One of my favorite things about Vietnam is there are trees everywhere, busy streets, small parks, side streets. If it gets hot, find a tree :) My insta360 X3 videos are not as good as the ones I've taken in Taipei, is it because of the updates ‪@insta360‬ ???
