In this video, OPEX Founder, James Fitzgerald, discusses the 3 P's of Fitness Program Design. This is an excerpt of the Coaching Education Program, CCP. More specifically in this video, James discusses: 1. Prioritize - You must determine what your focus of training is so that you can place it into the proper place in your program design 2. Planning - You must think about your weekly schedule in order to place your priorities into the places during the week that your brain is most prepared to progress the movement(s). 3. Periodizing - You must place your longer term training into blocks of 3-6 weeks (yes, you also need a long-term plan) as those time frames are built into your body's "code." Those progressions during those time frames can be smartly repeated for medium to long term progression Enjoy!
