You can invite your friends to join TikTok, you can sync your contacts and from there TikTok will try to match your contacts with TikTok users, lastly, you can sync Facebook to see if any of your Facebook friends are also on the app. You can always just search for their username as well by typing in the search bar on the add friends page.
