This video shows how to fix a specific problem. Whenever the engine is turned on, the driver window automatically lowers. That means the door control module has to be reprogrammed or replaced. Replacement is a lot cheaper than reprogramming. The entire module costs around $40 from eBay as of Aug, 2022. Reprogramming costs upwards of $400. Replacement will also fix many other door or window functions not operating properly. This procedure applies to S500, S430, S55 AMG, and S600.
