On our trip to Peru, we sat down for a fine dining experience at Central, which was named the Best Restaurant in the World in 2023. Our 14-course tasting menu focused on exploring Peruvian Cuisine through various microclimates, and we opted for the drink pairing with South American wines, local spirits, and beer.
